Regan Couto, NCIDQ
Owner & Principal Designer
Regan was born into a world of design and had been preparing for her career long before she could even walk. Her mother owned and operated her own drafting firm, which heavily influenced Regan’s passion for design. As a child, Regan spent most of her time at the office surrounded by tape measures, trace, and blueprints. As a young adult, Regan started to assist her mother with design projects, often traveling to active job sites. This was when her love for the industry began to blossom.

Regan earned her bachelor's degree in Interior Design with a concentration in Sustainable Design and a minor in Spanish from Endicott College (Beverly, MA, 2014). While at Endicott, she traveled to Spain and Denmark, further broadening her design palate and love for architecture and design.

Regan has been part of the AG&Co team since 2012 and holds her NCIDQ certification (National Council for Interior Design Qualification). She is passionate about mentoring and teaching others about the design industry and has been integral to the company's growth and development. On July 1st, 2024, Regan acquired AG&Co from Amanda. She is looking forward to continuing the company's legacy. She loves all things related to design and strives to create spaces that exceed her clients' expectations. Outside of the office, Regan spends family time with her husband, daughter, and two mini dachshunds.

Her journey into the world of interior design was influenced by her childhood, where she was surrounded by her mother's artistic flair and a home filled with textures, colors, and antiques. In 2020, Genevieve made the bold decision to pivot from her career in marketing and event operations to pursue her true passion for interior design.
Outside of work, Genevieve enjoys outdoor activities such as golf, boating, and antiquing with her husband and their beloved dog, Obi-Wan. Allie grew up on the North Shore and has always been fascinated by how people interact with and leave their mark on their spaces. With a background in Anthropology and language, she is forever working to develop and understand alternative perspectives.
She made the career change to focus this lens on design in 2019 and has loved seeing the ways in which the two worlds intertwine, especially with the adaptive design approach at AG&Co. Allie joined the team in 2020 and graduated from Endicott College with her Masters in Interior Architecture in 2021. Her favorite projects are ones that celebrate rich, authentic materials with a range of colors, textures, and uses.

When she’s not daydreaming about tile schemes and crafting the ultimate office playlist, Allie spends her time picking away at her own renovation projects with her husband and chasing after their toddler and two dogs.

Senior Designer

Laura joined the AG&Co. team as a Senior Designer in November 2024, bringing six years of experience in custom high-end residential design. With her expertise, she adds an impressive range of skill and knowledge to this collaborative team. Laura is passionate about creating interiors that blend timeless elegance with a calm, coastal aesthetic - an approach inspired by her lifelong connection to the ocean. However, her ultimate goal on every project is to design spaces that reflect each client’s unique style and needs.

Her journey to interior design was anything but conventional. After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Studio Art from the University of Vermont in 2012, Laura worked in the sailing industry, managing, purchasing, and assisting in sail design. Growing up as a sailor on the North Shore, this was a dream come true, but her desire for a more creative career led her to pursue a Master’s degree in Interior Architecture at Endicott College in 2017. It was there that she met Regan, who was her professor at the time!

Laura’s adventurous spirit and love for nature keep her active when she is not designing. Whether it’s racing sailboats in Salem Sound, rowing along the coastline, spending time at the beach with her dog, or skiing the slopes of Vermont and Maine, she’s always on the move.

Originally from Chicago, Victoria came to the North Shore for school and stayed for the ocean views. After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing, she pivoted from the publishing and marketing world to obtain her Master’s degree in Interior Architecture.
Victoria delights in finding design inspiration from the most unexpected sources, whether it be in the pattern of tree bark or the use of light in an old oil painting. She brings her penchant for poetry to design, eager to make a practical solution a little bit magical too.
In her spare time, you can find her reading in the yard, wandering around the MFA, or exploring the beach at low tide.

As a Beverly local who has recently moved to New Hampshire, Tyler has had a passion for design for as long as he can remember. From a young age, any activity that allowed him to express his creativity was something he would strive for. Whether it was rearranging and redecorating his room every couple of weeks, curating the best outfits he could think of, or simply just doodling in a notebook, design in all aspects has always been important to him.

After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in interior architecture at Endicott College during the fall of 2024, Tyler is now finishing up his master’s degree program in business administration with a concentration in Project Management to obtain skills and knowledge of the business side of the industry as well.
When Tyler is not in the office or working on design projects, he is most likely spending time with his family, shopping, or playing with his three dogs - Remmington, Toby, and Jules.
