Project Discovery
The pre-project period of information gathering allows us to generate complete and detailed proposals.

Programming & Design
This phase kicks off the project and brings together all the information from the team to develop all design solutions and present up to three complete schemes for finishes, fixtures, and furniture throughout.

Furniture
An extension of programming and design focusing solely on furniture and furnishings, this phase can happen holistically with schematic finishes or can be separated into its own discussion.

Project Management & Construction Observation
Once the clients have chosen a design, AG&Co works with the Architect and associated team members to compile and disseminate all necessary schedules, specifications, and drawings to the rest of the team.

Procurement
This phase covers all purchasing conducted by AG&Co on the Client’s behalf. It can include construction materials and any decorative element, like tile and lighting, furniture, and window treatments. Our team will manage orders, track shipments, and organize deliveries to ensure a worry-free procurement experience.
No construction? No problem! We also work on projects with furniture-only scopes. We ensure that every piece selected perfectly complements your existing space. From sourcing custom furniture to coordinating with trusted suppliers, we manage the entire process, ensuring high-quality, functional, and stylish pieces. Our team handles everything from budgeting, selections, and scheming to purchasing, delivery, and installation, streamlining the process for a seamless experience. Whether you are outfitting a few rooms or an entire property, we curate furniture and accessories that reflect your unique taste and meet your specific needs. For those smaller jobs that do not require a full-scale design proposal, AG&Co offers short consultations to help generate ideas and kickstart your project.
